Return Policy

If for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date you are not satisfied, follow the steps listed below:

1. Call us at 1-800-288-7483 or e-mail us at sales @ ballewsaw.com. Please have your order number ready or include it in your email
2. We will give you a return authorization number. (This number MUST be on the outside of the box for us to accept the return).

You will receive credit for 100% of your purchase or you can exchange it for another item. You can either get a full refund or even exchange. If item returned is deemed defective, we will pay for shipping for returning the package and shipping you a new one.

Non stocked, drop shipped items will incur a 20% restocking fee.

However, non-defective orders that qualified for our free shipping offer and are returned in full, may be charged the original shipping cost.
