INTERCHANGEABLE MINI FINGER JOINT TOOLHEADS 186A DESIGN: • High tensile steel body requires 4 knives, not included with toolhead • Tools can be stacked based on the wood thickness to be cut • Solid HSS knives are resharpenable and exchangeable • Knives can be coated with a special PVD surface coating for longer tool life APPLICATION: • For finger joints in solid wood • On finger jointing machines with or without lengthening-off device WHEN ORDERING SPECIFY: • Interchangable Mini-Finger Joint Knives • Bore size For machines with lengthening-off device (Trim Saw), finger length will be 11mm, 16.5 mm or 22 mm. By means of the lengthening-off device, the machined finger length may be between 10 and 11 mm, 15 and 16.5 mm or 20 and 22 mm according to requirements for fitting and strength of joint. If not stated otherwise, cutters will be supplied to suit machines without lengthening-off devices.
