Payment Terms

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

Prepaid orders by personal checks are permissible, but you must allow 2-3 weeks for the check to clear before your order is shipped. Please make sure funds are available.

With a written Purchase Order, we will extend terms. If a written Quote is required, we will gladly provide one promptly.

Shipping Information

We ship via United Parcel Service. Overnight, two-day or third-day select delivery is available at an additional charge.

We also ship USPS (regular postal) at an additional charge.

NOTE: IF AN ORDER IS TO BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US (INCLUDING CANANDA, HAWAII AND ALASKA), YOU MUST CALL TO PLACE THE ORDER AND FOR SHIPPING COSTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Freight

Ballew Saw & Tool, Inc will pay the freight on all orders $150.00 or more shipped UPS ground & within the Continental US. Outside the continental US (to include Hawaii and Alaska) and certain oversized items, please call for freight charges. If a qualified order has more than one shipment, all shipments will be prepaid.

Items Shipped by truck, USPS (US mail), special orders and air freight are excluded with no freight allowance, unless otherwise indicated. If your order is less than $150.00, a UPS ground charge will be added to your order (WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US).

Sharpening $150.00 or more, we will pay your return freight(WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US).

Sharpening less than $150.00, add UPS ground charges.

Sharpening in wooden containers are subject to an additional charge.
