RUST FREE is Non-Toxic, Biodegradable and Non-Flammable meeting the stringent safety standards set forth in today's workplace. It does an excellent job of cleaning resins that buildup on surfaces inside and outside the collet as well as cleans "bronzing" or "fretting" buildup from toolholder tapers. RUST FREE cleans without use of harsh abrasives which can alter the shape and therefore reduce accuracy in clamping of High Performance Routing tools. Just spray it on, brush lightly with a brass brush, dry thoroughly and the surface is like new again. Works well at cleaning any surface rust from the work surfaces of machines.
