CARBIDE TIPPED
SAW BLADES
We use the Industry
Standard 10% Rule
when it comes to
chipped teeth.
For example If you have
a 60-tooth blade and 5
teeth have broken or
chipped points, we will
sharpen the blade and not
replace any tips. This saves you money and will not noticeably
affect the cut. If you do want every tooth fixed,
put a note in with your blades. We will be happy to replace
as you request.

COMPLETE RETIP ON ROUTER BITS
Retipping router bits is possible, but often costs more than a new router bit. Generally speaking, if only one wing on your two wing router bit is chipped or damaged, it should work efficiently. Unfortunately, a chipped or damaged tip is usually a sign for a new bit. |
